As a Scouter in a group you are able to see who is applying for courses, as well as what they need to do in order to complete the application.
Where To Go
When on your Scouts.Digital Dashboard you can select REPORTS at the top of the page and then TRAINING >> FUTURE GROUP TRAINING.

From here you can see every youth and adult member in your Group that has applied for upcoming training. From this you can see:
- Their Role in the Group (Scout, ATS, etc)
- The Course Name
- Cost
- Booking Status
- Provisional: Application Made
- Confirmed: Payment Made
- Guaranteed: Accepted on to the Course
- Invoice PDF
- POP
If you see the POP button they have not yet uploaded the Proof of Payment. You as an adult leader can upload this on their behalf if they are struggling.

Complete/Incomplete Training
After a course has been run the Course Leader will do the following:
- Mark the attendance on the course
- Mark the completion of the course
This allows you as a Scouter to track which Scout has/has not completed a course so that you know which badges you can award. The first step is to select the date range that you want. The default setting is one month back.

If the scout completed the course successfully it will show that they have achieved the outcomes of the course and the badge can be marked off and awarded – as per the last update the current/future training courses will be in the left hand column and the past courses will be on the right. An example of the two different outcomes will be shown below:

If the scout did not achieve the outcomes of the course, then you will see the following:

In order for the status to show ‘Achieved The Outcomes Of This Course’ the Course Leader needs to have marked them off as both Attended and Completed on Scouts.Digital after the Course.
This would need to happen within two weeks as that is also the deadline for course completion from an HQ perspective. As such, if the status has not changed after two weeks it is likely that the Scout did not complete the course requirements.
*There are courses that have post course work which can run until six months after the course for example. In this case you would just need to wait until after that deadline to confirm. The relevant Course Leader should advise Troop Scouters of that deadline so they know what date to check in by.
