The Permit System is where all members of SSA file the permits that are required to run activities. As per the Safe Scouting Policy all activities that are held away from the hall require a permit.
Once a permit is submitted it will be ‘sent’ to the Scouters in the chain above to approve. Some permits require double approval (eg Troop Scouter and the SGL), while others can be approved by the Troop Scouter alone for example.
