Each facility has its own calendar which is kept up to date by the committee or Regional Office. To view, got https://westerncape.scouts.org.za/facilities/ and click on the facility you are looking to book.
You can then scroll down to the booking calendar and see when is open.
If you are looking for a particular part of the facility – camping only for example – you can pick and choose which calendars you see. Simply tick/untick the calendars you want.
